Job Description

  • DUTIES
  • Over sees all admin offices in the Orlando Area
  • Makes sure the correct reports are ran and distributed at the appropriate times.(Unseen Owners, Add Ons, Contract Sales, 1st Time Back, etc.)
  • Manages the payroll for the Admin department
  • Makes sure the Admin department is informed on all changes and additions to the daily procedures.
  • Makes sure the correct paperwork is being used in all offices.
  • Oversees all schedules in each office.
  • Is informed of any change, issue and concerns regarding any member of the admin staff at all properties
  • Reports that are required for Vice Presidents are ran and sent on a timely manner.
  • Makes sure the tour desks are staffed with the appropriate amount of people.
  • Makes sure all action sheets, submitted by representatives, are researched and adjusted if need be.
  • Will be able to move from each resort at a moments notice.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESIn-House Administration Staff. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training team members; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining team members; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEOne year certificate from college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Prior Westgate experience preferred.
  • Prior customer service experience required.

LANGUAGE SKILLSAbility to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other team members of the organization.

Bilingual a plus.
