Job Description

Operate switchboard, CSD, HotSos, MR and SAMS programs. To be able to answer questions, direct calls, enter service work orders in CSD and HotSos and be knowledgable in MR and SAMS to be able to provide answers to Guest / Owner's questions. Individual will demonstrate job integrity to represent Westgate Standards.

  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external guests.
  • Utilizing MR, SAMS, CSD and HotSos to answer internal and external Guest questions.
  • Answer phones using the proper Phone Script and etiquette guidelines.
  • Answers calls by providing correct information to the caller.
  • Answers call as the Front Desk and is knowledgeable to answer Front Desk calls to prevent the transferring of calls to the Front Desk.
  • Create work orders using CSD, HotSos for all service needs.
  • Follow up on work orders within the allotted time as designed by CSD and HotSos.
  • Close tickets as directed by Assignee of ticket.
  • Complete service calls by calling Guest to ensure Guest satisfaction.
  • Answers, screens and routes call volume including inbound and internal calls.
  • Ensure transfer of calls to correct departments.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Individual must be able to multi-task in a fast pace environment. Tolerate loud work environment. Type a minimum of 30-35 wpm (typing test provided during interview). Manipulate several computer programs at a time while talking on the phone.
