Anti-Aging & Infusion Nurse (Albuquerque)

Nurse Clinical Manager Job Responsibilities:

Serves as nurse/clinic manager in Anti-aging and IV hydration clinic. Salaried position with benefits. Position is for Wed-Saturday (roughly 33 hours in clinicWed-Fri 0930-6:30pm; Sat 10:30-4:30; 7 hours of admin time), with occasional mobile events.

Nurse Clinical Manager Job Duties:

Maintains outstanding clinical expertise in placement of peripheral IV lines and performance of intramuscular injections.

Provides consultation services to potential and current clients regarding company’s product line, including explanation of product benefits and guidance in establishment of treatment protocols.

Demonstrates personal health, vitality and fitness consistent with company branding

Maintains nursing guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.

Maintains nursing operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.

Assures quality of care by interpreting and enforcing company’s philosophies and standards of care; enforcing adherence to state board of nursing and state nurse practice act requirements and to other governing agency regulations; making or recommending adjustments.

Maintains nursing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training nurses and auxiliary staff.

Completes client care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing and staff, including for mobile operations; following up on work results.

Assists in maintaining nursing staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to clients and staff.

Provides information to clients by answering questions and requests

Maintains safe and clean working environment by designing and implementing procedures, rules, and regulations.

Protects clients and employees by developing and interpreting infection-control policies and protocols; enforcing medication administration and storage procedures.

Maintains documentation of client care services by auditing client and department records.

Ensures operation of medical and administrative equipment by verifying emergency equipment availability; completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.

Coordinates supply inventory by studying usage reports; identifying trends; and anticipating needed supplies.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Nurse Manager Skills and Qualifications:

Exemplary skill in IV insertion and intramuscular injection, Judgment, Supervision, Informing Others, Nursing Skills, Creating a Safe, Effective Environment, Medical Teamwork, Listening, Administering Medication. Retail experience would be beneficial.
