Dental Office Front Desk (Valdese)

Dental Office near Valdese is seeking an immediate hire for front desk position. Our office is open 4 days a week and the position hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 8:10 to 5:30 and 9-4:30 on Wednesdays. Position duties include answering the phone and providing excellent and friendly customer service, overseeing daily patient schedule, filing insurance claims, verifying insurance benefits, and collecting patient co-pays.

Experience in the dental field is preferred, but we would be willing to train the right person if you don’t have experience. Requirements for this position include having a friendly personality and being a hard worker. Those qualities can’t be taught and we don’t do drama here. We are a busy and efficient office with an enjoyable office environment where all team members get along and care about each other. The salary range for this position is $13-$18/hr. depending on experience and no health benefits are available.
