1. Pay for Performance Model

2. 4 location pilot with the opportunity to add additional locations in the area and in PA.

3. Need 6-8 agents

4. Launch and Headcount Bonus available

5. Energy Sales Experience preferred but not required

6. D2D teams welcomed

7. All sales equipment provided
