Responsible for the set-up of the buffet area by performing the following duties. This position acts as a Lead also shares the job responsibilities equally among the team members in the department. DUTIES
- Responsible for the food set-up on the buffet area. Replenish food items as needed
- Responsible for all housekeeping duties during the shifts including but not limited to:
cleaning kitchen, sales floor, movie room, administrative offices and bathrooms as needed
wiping table-tops and chairs
making sure all garbage is disposed of
replenishing all drink stations and keeping clean.
sweeping and mopping floors when necessary
cleaning pots and utensils used in kitchen
