Preferably a candidate with high levels of customer service and sales experience with the ability to connect with people is the most important factor for this job.
Checking in clients while multitasking with other many other tasks at the same time is common and being able to focus will be a key requirement for this job.
Self sufficiency is also required, meaning being able to look up resources when others may not be around to answer a technical question.
Must have Mac, iPhone, iPad and PC hardware and software experience.
Typical job duties include; fixing smart phones and computers on the service side along providing exceptional experiences for customers looking for new tech devices.
You will also be able to receive commission after training.
