About the Position:We are currently seeking a dynamic, talented and energetic individual to add to our superior team leaders at Trinity Terrace as the Director of Sales and Marketing. In this role, this individual will oversee operations for our Sales and Marketing initiatives at Trinity Terrace. This position will also provide leadership as well as strategic and tactical direction to help execute all marketing and sales initiatives for Trinity Terrace. By working collaboratively with Pacific Retirement Services (PRS) and other community interdepartmental teams, you will establish, monitor, contribute to, and ultimately achieve team and individual goals for census, budgets, prospect activity levels and other essential metrics.What You Will Do:(Sales) Contribute to established sales goals by managing a pipeline of prospects, conducting sales activities, recording RHS notes, receiving deposits and moving-in new residents.(Planning) Oversee planning initiatives in relation to Sales & Marketing efforts by:Developing, support and monitor execution of marketing plan and budget in collaboration with PRS; tracks achievement of marketing objectives. Event planning, management and public speaking in coordination with the Marketing Plan. Coordinates data and information and shares with related stakeholders, project teams, and operational departments. Researches new and innovative ways to operate the Sales and Marketing Department and plans for the future accordingly.Develop and maintain knowledge of the primary and secondary market areas (competition, market sub-segments, economy, demographics, etc.). Maintain knowledge and awareness of industry, sales, and marketing trends, changes, methods, and techniques by attending professional training sessions, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participation in professional societies.Oversee, monitor and plan local advertising, collateral, social media and all marketing and advertising efforts in collaboration with the PRS Marketing Department.(Management/Leadership) Provides leadership, strategic and tactical direction to the Sales and Marketing Staff to assure that all goals clearly defined and achievedWhat you?ll need:High work ethicExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrategic thinking capabilities Results oriented approachStrong organizational skills Exceptional interpersonal skillsTact and diplomacyAbout You:This position requires significant advanced knowledge, usually the result of a minimum of four years of college with a B.A. or B.S. degree in Business, Communication, Marketing or related field, and/or 5-7 years? experience in this field.Nice to Have:Experience in a senior living environment or related industryWhat Trinity Terrace Offers You:Competitive wages.
