2-3 years’ office experience.
Answer phones and able to answer inquires and provide information to the general public
Proficient with Microsoft office and google suites
A committed team player, detail oriented and an effective communicator.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with all levels of management.
Entry level accounting responsibilities- a plus
Ordering, stock and maintain accurate rotating inventory
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy, with commitment to excellence, quality and integrity of all data being handled/processed.
Ability to handle pressure well, adjust to changing priorities and act on opportunities.
Exceptional problem solving skills
Excellent relational, analytical and team management skills.
Conversational understanding of the Spanish language is desired but not required
