We are currently looking for a Full-time Maintenance Technician! Experience with door hardware is a plus

Responsibilities

Install, operate, repair and maintain all facility systems relating to mechanical, electrical, electronic and construction.

Occasionally diagnose and correct basic mechanical equipment malfunctions.

Perform routine tests and inspections of mechanical and electrical equipment.

Follow the schedule of preventative maintenance for supervisors.

Act as the first respondent when the fire alarms systems activate.

Qualifications

Experience working as a maintenance mechanic.

Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects.

Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.

On-Call rotation with other Plant Ops associates.

Requirements

Must have a valid Virginia Driver's license and the ability to be insured under the employer's policy.

Must have CFC (Certified Chlorofluorocarbons).

High school diploma, GED or equivalent years of experience.
