Production Workers 2nd shift Stanley, VA (Stanley, VA)

Masonite Door Manufacturing has employment openings in Stanley, VA:

Trimmer, Trimmer Flipper, Trimmer Line Repair, Operator – Painter, Operator – Wrapper, Expeditor, Top End Assembly, Press Operator.

General labor with some power tool experience 14.50 an hour with a 1.00 shift differential for 2nd shift.

Power tool skilled employees - wood working, finishing and comfortable with machines.

3:00 PM to 1:30 AM

Primarily a 4/10 operation. Currently working 5th day OT!

Perfect attendance bonus of 2 extra hours a month up to 24 hours.

OIP Operation Incentive Plan this pays out monthly based on metrics (fill rates, quality, etc) ranges from 50.00 a month to 140.00 a month.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Able to communicate with employees

Ability to perform duties without constant direction.

Ability to use and read tape measures down to 1/16”

Basic computer skills

Ability to convert fractions to decimals and vice versa

Great organization skills

Ability to be on your feet for at least 10 - 12 hours per day

Ability to move heavy material all day

Able to work in a fast pace environment while maintaining quality

Great attention to detail

Great problem solving skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work safely and provide safe working environment for co-workers.

Participate in all safety engagement activities.

General maintenance and cleanliness of all machines and area

Ensure that all material is free of defect so subsequent operations do not have to repair
