At ManTech International Corporation, you’ll help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement.Currently, ManTech is seeking a Project Manager for support of over 300 conference rooms at customer locations.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Managing conference room team, coordination of installs and upgrades, room-checks, and new innovations.

Working requirements, costs, and schedule for conference room upgrades and new installations.

Taking care of all presentations, status reports, and communications to customer. Manage approvals and continuous improvements of all conference rooms located at customer site location.

Evaluating incoming requests for conference room upgrades or conference room equipment from customer.

Coordinating with procurement team to obtain quotes for hardware.

Working with the team to place orders, track status on equipment, ensure hardware is received properly and on time for installs, and coordinate transfer of equipment onsite in conference room.

Utilizing ServiceNow to create Fulfillment Requests, General Inquiries, and Incidents. Use to track orders and requests through delivery stage.

Meeting with customers to obtain requests for conference room and understand requirements for upgrade.

Coordinating with procurement team to get quotes from vendors. Use vendor quotes to create a ManTech hardware quotes for customer approval and sign off.

Creating Statement of Requirements and LOE to create labor quotes for installations/room upgrades. Incorporate correct labor categories for designated personnel that will be involved in install. Work final sign-off requirements with customer.

Coordinating level of effort, onsite work, manage timelines and deadlines, manage hours worked for tracking.

Being on site for all installations/room upgrades and configurations. Track team’s progress and ensure install will be completed on time. Provide updates to the customer throughout the install.

Managing equipment that is used in the room installs and manage conference room warehouse management.

Managing proper billing to customer.

Tracking hours of all personnel working during install and manage vendor management. Work with any required subcontractors to coordinate tasks, level of effort required, onsite work, timelines, and deadlines.

Ensuring team is meeting contractual requirement for 20+ room checks per month. Provide updates to JPL in Status Reports and Monthly Status Reporting.

Attending weekly meetings with customer to provide updates, raise questions/concerns, communicate upcoming dates/installs, etc.

Developing and manage a weekly status report that shows rooms in work, up to date details, status of rooms in progress, list of completed rooms, O&M work by week, room checks, and relevant highlights/questions and concerns.

Managing all conference in-place inventory.

Attend Monthly Management Reviews and present Conference Room Updates Executive Management.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience required
