CAREGiver Duties (may vary from Client to Client):

- Companionship and ability to communicate with clients and medical partners

- Laundry & light housekeeping to keep the home clean and clear from tripping/slipping hazards

- Grocery shopping & meal preparation

- Medication and appointment reminders

- Incidental Transportation to errands/activities

- Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect

Job Requirements:

- Empathy, patience & a passion for helping others

- A history of reliability

- Self-motivated

- Comfortable with smart phone & tablet technology

- Proficient in household skills; organization, cooking, light housekeeping

- Encourage Clients to stay active; physically, mentally and/or emotionally

- Encourage Clients to use assistive equipment when necessary

- Good communication skills

- Submit to a thorough background and MVR screening

We are locally owned and operated by Owner Kristin Goluska who works in and on the business. She is committed to the seniors in our community and are involved with several local organizations that serve seniors' needs and advocate for their well-being.

Home Instead Senior Care would love to have you as a CAREGiver. We have daytime and over-night shifts available with senior citizens who live in Castle Rock, Parker, Highlands Ranch, Franktown, Elizabeth, Morrison, Evergreen, Lone Tree, Castle Pines and more!

You must be 18 years or older, have a valid driver's license and auto insurance and reliable transportation. You must also able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Prior experience is a plus but is not required. Pay is $14.50 to $17.50 per hour depending on the service.
