Experience Commercial Floor Tech (Northern Colorado)

Job Position Description:

This position is responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and repairing carpeted and hard floor surfaces. Other duties may be Assigned:

Responsibilities

Follow all instructions with minimal supervision and complete all work as assigned.

Learn new maintenance techniques, products and processes.

Report daily work outcomes to supervisor including problems and unfinished work.

Perform all work efficiently, safely and professionally.

Maintain assigned areas, equipment and vehicles for safe, long term operation.

Operate, clean and maintain all floor cleaning equipment.

Commercial carpet cleaning, VCT Strip/refinishing and other floor projects as assigned.

Follow all processes as trained to maintain high standards and exceptional results.

Always use personal protective equipment (PPE).

Safely and accurately blend, label and store chemicals and products.

Requirements

Positive and professional attitude.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Excellent communication skills.

MUST have experience 1-2 years required.

Complete on the job training.

Frequent evening, late night and weekend work.

Full time hours .

Must follow instructions and ask questions when needed.

Highly motivated, coachable and eager to grow within the company.

Complete assigned tasks within designated time period.

Other Duties as assigned.

Pay depending on experience.

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching over head, reaching forward.

Must be able to lift and and/or carry 50lbs+.

Ability to read cleaning instructions

Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
