DCA / Caregiver/ Care Provider for Group Home (ICF/DD-N Facility)For Developmentally Disabled Adults who require total care, in Visalia

No Experience Needed- Will Train

NOW HIRING FOR VISALIA FACILITY- NOC SHIFT

(9:30pm - 5:30am)

General schedule:

(Rotating)

4 nights on/4 nights off (generally)

Job duties include but are not limited to: personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, brief changes, grooming, feeding, etc) housekeeping, skill task development, doctor visits, medication administration, outings, meal preparation, grocery shopping, driving company vehicle, monthly inservice, safety meetings, disaster drills, fire drills, shopping, etc etc.

Ideal candidate will have good personality, get along with others/be able to work with others, be able to take direction, be able to read and write English, communicate well with others (and via telephone), be caring, be able to complete tasks independently, hard working, presentable, reliable, and flexible. (Experience is not necessary, we will train the right candidate)

Facility Does Random Drug Testing (MUST be able to pass a drug test)

Must obtain/pass:

DOJ Fingerprint/background check, physical, TB skin test, CPR and First Aid, DMV printout.

(Not required before applying, but must obtain if hired)

MUST have a current, valid, unrestricted California Drivers License (must be 23 years of age or older due to insurance restrictions)

Starting Pay: $12.00 per hour
