Executive Assistant to Mission Pastor

We are a large Baptist congregation looking for an Executive Assistant to our Mission Pastor and associates. The ideal candidate will exude Joy in the workplace and be a self-starter. Must have a pleasant presence and experience dealing with people in person, on the phone, and through email/mail. Must have a passion for missions and agree with the Baptist Faith and Message. Experience with Microsoft suite and the ability to learn and operate a database. Ability to design and do graphic art would be a plus.

Candidate will assist in all aspects of the ministry including; managing budget, insurance, managing information for all mission teams, etc. They will also assist the Sr. Adult minister in planning trips and events. Must be able to operate with confidentiality and be a team player.
