Project Manager – Commercial Architecture (Rochester)

Are you a licensed Architect near Rochester, MN that would you like to manage small commercial architecture projects?

We are hiring an architectural Project Manager! In this role you will meet with clients, create their conceptual design on an empty site for new construction, and manage all aspects of the project. Typical projects include commercial, institutional, manufacturing, and industrial buildings.

The architectural Project Manager will take ownership of each project’s design, schedule, budget, client relationship, discipline coordination, and team productivity.

What You Will Do:

Meet with Owners to gain an understanding of their business needs and vision for their project

Design unique projects in Southeast Minnesota from beginning to end

Travel to the job sites

Express your design talents by creating the design for various one-story buildings in multiple market sectors

Freedom to lead a small architecture group, and have other drafters and architects to support you

About You:

Licensed Architect in Minnesota

8-25+ years of professional experience

Ability to attend client meetings, create initial designs, and carry the design through construction, and ultimately client turnover

Proficiency with AutoCAD software is required, Revit a plus

Knowledge of building codes

Ability to coordinate with other disciplines

Local to the Rochester, MN area
