Community Relations Director - Sales (Bozeman)

Bozeman Lodge, a premiere senior care community with independent and assisted living, located in Bozeman, Montana is seeking a motivated sales director with a proven track record to be able to meet occupancy performance and revenue goals.

Seeking an upbeat and enthusiastic individual with excellent interpersonal skills to increase and maintain census through a combination of positive promotion of the properties by means of community outreach, lead generation, follow-up, closing sales leads, event planning and other marketing/sales activities.

Must have demonstrated success in reaching census goals by generating inquiries and closing sales. Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of sales and marketing experience in the senior care industry. Outside sales experience and event planning, as well as cold calls, and networking experience preferred.

Successful candidate must be organized, take initiative, have good computer skills and be team oriented.
