Title: Senior Program ManagerPosition: The Program Manager is a position that will help lead cross-company coordination and management for strategic enterprise-wide, business-facing initiatives. The Program Manager will align closely and work in partnership with multiple teams, Businesses, Finance Partners, Product Management, Enterprise Architecture, Platform Engineering teams, and other Enterprise Services. The Program Manager will coordinate with teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress against the program objectives and targets. The Program Manager will assist with planning, strategic coordination of technical and business roadmaps, critical dependencies, successes, and execution challenges. In addition, the Program Manager will help enable teams to continuously improve processes and practices. Core Responsibilities:Facilitate regular synchronization meetings to manage and monitor dependencies within the program
Escalate and track impediments
Expose risks, issues and constraints to the organization, including senior leaders, and work together on a resolution
Drive relentless improvement via Program retrospectives, demos and other improvement initiatives
Coach Scrum Masters and teams on agile best practices and improvements
Facilitate Program Increment Planning and Planning Readiness
Manage Objectives, track progress and build/maintain related lean-agile metrics. Use empirical data to help the organization determine opportunities and improvements
Understand the opportunities and challenges of continuously aligning a large development program and effectively coordinate Program activities
Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project or Program Manager
SAFe certification or implementing SAFe across an organization
Experience working with remote teams in an agile environment and directly with product managers and product owners
Good understanding of, and experience with, technical systems; ability to identify technical solutions for business problems
Understand the software development life cycle
Communicate clearly to explain and defend their opinions
Are self-motivated and excellent problem-solvers
Are driven to improve, personally and professionally
Mentor and inspire others to raise the bar for everyone around them
Actively collaborate with their peers, designing pragmatic solutions
Operate best in a fast-paced, flexible work environment
Have a passion for facilitation of planning, Agile ceremonies, and even tough conversations amongst senior leaders
Facilitator of challenging conversations, supporter of individuals and teams through conflict.

Preferred Qualifications: · SAFe experience and/or certifications such as the SPC, PO/PM or SSM preferred
