Warehouse Shipping Processor | Long Term Position (Part-Time) (Sulphur Springs, TX)

Our Internet company is searching for a Shipping Processor to join our team at our new distribution center in Sulphur Springs! We are looking for long term career employees. Applicants should be detail oriented and computer literate professionals who are a self starter and can work an entire shift on his or her feet. We have an air conditioned packing room and up to date computer equipment for shipping orders.

We value speed and accuracy above all else, so we require an employee who can pay careful attention on the job, follow instructions precisely and double-check his or her work before completing a task. Applicants must be looking for a long term position in shipping and receiving, and must feel comfortable working with computers.

Our distribution center is in Sulphur Springs, Texas. Please apply only if you have reliable transportation to and from work.

Hours for this position are Monday - Friday, approx 30-35 hours per week. Hours may fluctuate depending on the season.

Warehouse responsibilities

- Pick, pack and ship online orders

- Most packages are light, 1-10lbs (Lifting up to 40lbs occasionally needed)

- Computer skills a must!

- Observe all safety rules and procedures, and adhere to safety standards

- Keep warehouse and packing area clean and organized

- Receive merchandise and verify its contents

- Count and stock merchandise based on inventory control log

- Identify damaged, lost or missing merchandise and notify supervisor

Qualifications

Experience: No experience required. We are willing to train. Previous warehouse, eCommerce, or general office experience is strongly preferred.

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, associates must be able to read, write and count accurately. Fluent in English. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.

Wages: $10 - 12 per hour
