Established Service Company seeking entry level Receptionist/Office Assistant. Pay commensurate with experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent verbal and written skills.

Receptionist or Customer Service experience helpful.

High School diploma.

Willing to work as team member and help support the office functions of the company.

POSITION DESCRIPTION (Duties include but not limited to):

Monday Friday: 8:00am to 4:30pm

Answer multiple-line telephone system professionally and direct calls accurately with detailed messages.

Interact effectively with our valued customers (in person, telephone, email, etc.).

Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area including the front office, break rooms and customer waiting areas.

Greet visitors and inform proper parties of their arrival

Copying, scanning, faxing

Receive and organize office supplies as needed

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Reader/Acrobat helpful

General Office Duties (must be able to lift 25lbs)
