SOME CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

Corporate Project Coordinator needed for local construction company. Must have extensive knowledge of construction project paperwork, including subcontracts, subcontractor draw requests, lien releases, Notices to Owner, Certificates of Insurance and drawing logs. Sage 300 experience preferred; TimberScan experience a plus. Working knowledge of Davis-Bacon Act provisions and certified payroll processing a must. Must be able to work in a construction environment, handle multiple projects and strict deadlines.

Education and Experience:

- High school diploma or GED

- Certified Payroll Specialist

- Previous work in a construction office environment with customer service skills is preferred for this position
