Job Description

Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill our IT Project Manager position. The IT Project Manager is expected to provide project guidance, implementation, and support for digital initiatives impacting Norco customers and teams. Cultivate Norco’s emerging digital culture with progressive leadership and tactical execution. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Meet with business units to define project requirements and determine process impact

Research, evaluate, and propose solutions for business needs

Coordinate with Norco IT and technical partners to determine scope of work

Consult on contracts with technical partners to ensure scope/terms are adequately defined and protect Norco's best interests

Establish time frames for all parties and provide accountability structure for all parties involved

Quantify project benefits and costs to evaluate ROI

Establish metrics/KPI's that are easy to understand and obtain

Build and document new processes

Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary

Qualifications

Experience in Project Management Methodology

Minimum 3 years experience managing technical projects

Minimum 2 years experience documenting processes

College degree in a computer related field preferred

Ability to accurately enter data into computers and acquire a working knowledge of any software applications necessary to the position
