The team is globally distributed.About the team:The Merchant Comm Hub agile scrum team specializes in building self-service capabilities tied to all aspects of the merchant life cycle and provides enhanced customer engagement experience. Team is building automated processes and empowering customers to self serve and achieve desired outcome while reducing the operational cost. Merchant Communications Hub is about creating a central hub to facilitate complete 360 degrees view of the merchant profile to centralize the communications data, including the contact and personalization preferences and setting up automated or agent based proactive notification process.What you will be doing:• Designing, programming, debugging and modifying software enhancements.• Interacting with product managers and users to define requirements and modifications.• Participating in software design meetings to determine technical requirements.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with the ability to develop creative and efficient solutions.• Lead others toward technical accomplishments and collaborative project team efforts.• Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions.• Distinct customer focus and quality mindset.• Ability to work in an agile environment, in cross functional technology teams, delivering user-oriented products.• Self-motivating, creativity and proactiveness to work successfully in a fast-paced environment including, diverse technologies and architectures.• Proficiency in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of product defects.• Ability to operate in a dynamic and challenging, team-oriented environment, and to meet tight deadlinesWhat you will need:Bachelor's degree (or foreign educational equivalent) in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.

  • 3+ years' experience in developing Test Automation Frameworks for front end & Microservices (RESTful & SOAP)
  • 5+ years of experience in Test Automation, Web Service Testing.
  • Hands on experience with BDD and TDD Test framework and designing tests under continuous integration and continuous delivery model.
  • Experience testing the Micro Services in AWS , MS- AZURE cloud using Kafka cluster on Kubernetes.
  • Extensive experience with Selenium web driver , SOAP UI , Para soft (SOA)
  • UI Automation experience using Java / C# test framework is a plus.
  • Good understanding of Service oriented architecture (SOA) , WSDL, Swagger.
  • Expert experience with working with large databases such as Cassandra , Snowflake , DB2 etc.
  • Experience working with Container Technologies such as Cassandra and Docker.
  • Ability to identify system bottlenecks with strong troubleshooting, problem solving & reasoning skills.
