• Total more than 15yrs of experience. Minimum 8 to 10yrs of Hybris technical hands on
• Hands on in designing solutions for requirements and overall architecture valuation for Hybris platform
• Good communication skills
• Hands on in Preparing Technical design doc
• Hands on in reviewing the TDD
• Discussion on design with Customer Architect and finalizing the design
• Able to conduct technical review discussion with internal/external stakeholders including SAP Hybris product technical team
• Hands on experience in guiding tech lead technically
• Providing working solutions for technical challenges faced
• Working experience in Application Performance tuning
• Working on POC when required for complex requirements
• Working experience in multi-vendor scenarios.
• Managing offshore/onsite model
