Campbell Construction Group is currently seeking a Part-Time Office Support Administrator to serve as an office receptionist and to assist with administrative tasks as requested by Office Manager.
Office Support Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as an office receptionist by answering phone calls, greeting visitors, collecting & sorting mail, etc.
To support and work with the Office Manager and Project Administrator
Accountable to schedule meetings, travel, and expenses
Maintain cleanliness in the office premises including Kitchen, copier, and commonly shared areas.
Order and track supplies, equipment maintenance, manage break room, etc.
Office Support Skills and Qualifications:
Ability to Multi-Task and stay Organized
Attention to Detail
Good Communication Skills
Knowledge and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Reliable
Quick Learner
Ability to work independently
High School Diploma
This will be a 20hr/week position.
Pay is negotiable and dependent on experience.
