We are looking to hire for a part-time position as a receptionist and intake specialist for our law firm. Hours are approximately 10-4 pm, M-F. This position may expand into full-time hours. Responsibilities include answering phones and directing calls throughout the office, following through with messages left for lawyers, conducting intake interviews, conference room set up/clean up for afternoon meetings, copying and scanning, and assisting with other clerical needs of the legal secretaries/paralegal. Light typing necessary, familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Word. Starting hourly wage of $10 per hour, no benefits. Prior reception/office experience is preferred.
