Licensed Vocational Nurse & Registered Nurse (South Lake Tahoe)

Elevate Addiction Services is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse for on-site care, Flexible Schedule.

The purpose of this position is to advocate for our clients' well-being and liaise with our Medical Director regarding client care.

The job duties include:

-Meeting with clients upon intake.

-Administering TB Tests.

-Doing Health Assessments, Histories and Physicals.

-Relaying pertinent medical information to the Medical Doctor.

-Administrative work.

Job qualifications:

-Valid license as LVN or RN in the state of California.

-Valid California Driver's License.

-Must have current CPR certification.

-Experience a plus.

-Computer proficiency.

-Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
