Technical Document Processing Coordinators work closely with our client-facing professionals and Technical Processing team and display strong technical skills, strong organizational and communication skills while balancing multiple responsibilities and deadlines.Individuals who thrive at Moss Adams exhibit the following success skills – Collaboration, Critical Thinking, Emotional Intelligence, Executive Presence, Growth Mindset, Intellectual Curiosity, and Results Focus.Responsibilities:
Create, edit and format client deliverables (e.g. financial statements, annual reports, proposals, presentations, etc.) in an accurate and timely manner
Prepare and format initial drafts of documents, including Word and Excel documents, as well as PowerPoint presentations
Organize and communicate project deadlines, status updates and workflow questions
Review and proo documents for accuracy
Proactively plan work to meet assigned timelines
Understand and implement all quality control standards
Coordinate and assist with copying, binding, and shipping of client deliverables
Other projects as assigned
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Minimum of 1 year of related experience required; experience in a professional services environment preferred
Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Demonstrated experience contributing to team projects
Good organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities meet deadlines
Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels
Demonstrates ability to problem solve
High attention to detail and accuracy; with strong prooing skills
Client service oriented (both internal and external)
Able to handle confidential material in a reliable manner
Ability to travel as needed, approximately 5%
May require some overtime hours
