Innovative Technology Partnerships, LLC (ITP), a contractor to the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), Department of Energy (DOE) has a position available for a full-time SharePoint Engineer/Application Developer in Albuquerque, NM. Manage, implement and maintain Enterprise MS SharePoint portal, web sites, web application, databases and web-enabled content. Utilize and modify SharePoint webparts for processing and analyzing data and perform SharePoint workflow design and implementation. Perform integration of MS Excel and MS SharePoint services. Design and implement “out of the box” and custom databases and SharePoint lists (including structure and relationships) to support the Emergency Management Enterprise Data Management SharePoint Portal (EDMS). Work with customers to define requirements and perform design, layout and functionality design for web apps and SharePoint. Provide maintenance and system administration for the Emergency Management Issues Special Interest Group (EMI SIG) web site, Learning Management System (LMS), Exercise Builder app and perform all system activities to configure and operate the EDMS for internal and external customers. Experienced in team-based development environments using code repositories for check-in/check-out and merging (git, SVN).

Proficient in application development, stabilization, transition, data migration, knowledge transfer, code reviews, testing, evaluation and migration of feature request, “Click-Once” distribution source migration and software security vulnerability evaluation. Perform application upgrades and maintenance, end-user support, distribution, license/certificate and configuration management and quickly identify and solve programming errors. Requires excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, communication and presentation skills. Work collaboratively, is detail oriented and can execute to schedule and deadlines with quality results.

Requires an Associate’s degree in a technical program (e.g., computer science or math) or two years direct experience and proficiency with ASP.NET, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL Server, MS Excel MS Visual Studio and web design. Media production (graphics, audio, video, animation) for delivery online or computer graphics software. Four years of experience working with clients on technical projects with six months experience managing data requirements for web applications, social media or business information systems.

Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check, able to obtain and maintain a DOE Security Clearance and participate in random drug testing program. Salary is $70K-$90K depending on experience.
