We are the largest regionally owned independent insurance agency. We are seeking to add a Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Agent to our main Las Cruces office to help our clients with their personal lines of insurance including automobile, home, and umbrella insurance.
Requirements
) Must be bilingual
) Should be licensed for insurance in the state of NM or able to obtain license within 60 days
) Must have background in insurance processing / servicing
Job Description
Our CSR answers incoming calls and provides service to the callers (policyholders and producers). Responsibilities include:
) Provide accurate and professional answers for routine insurance questions, for example, status of accounts, billing, and coverage questions
) Provide quotes, advice, and policy options for clients
) Determine when and how to escalate calls if they can not be resolved
) Must have a NM Insurance License or be able to be licensed within 60 days.
