Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, 5 years of sales experience and 3 years of sales management.Direct Hire OpportunitySalary $75-100k/year base with commissionResponsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals while managing the day-to-day performance of all sales team members and delivers feedback

Meet with key clients, assisting sales representative with sales presentations, maintaining relationships, and negotiating and closing deals

Prepare sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of expansion

Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, costs, changing trends, economic indicators, and monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition

Represent company at trade association meetings to promote product

Confirm correct usage of CRM and other sales applications to ensure consistent lead generation
