Expert II position will support the IngenioRx Pharmacy Operations daily

eligibility process, which includes monitoring and resolving member, group and

file level inquiries. Participate in project and process work impacting

pharmacy eligibility to ensure accurate requirements and testing prior to

implementation. . Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

Researches operations

workflow problems and system irregularities; develops tests, presents process

improvement solutions for new systems, new accounts and other operational

improvements.

Assists

with the development and leading of project plans and communicating project

status.

Serves as a subject matter

expert for internal pharmacy projects, health plan initiated projects and new

client implementations.

This position

may work from any Anthem location. Qualifications

Requires a BA/BS degree;

5-7 years’ experience in business analysis, process improvement, project

coordination in a high-volume managed care operation (claims, customer service,

enrollment and billing) with the ability to analyze workflows, processes,

supporting systems and procedures and identifying improvements; or any

combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent

background.

Knowledge of and/or

experience with enrollment and billing is highly desired.

Previous pharmacy experience

is a plus.
