Experienced Housekeeper for cleaning services, housecleaning, commercial, maid services needed

Graceworks is growing and we are looking for experienced housecleaners with an ecofriendly orientation. Our clients are individuals and businesses in search of more ease with their house and office cleaning tasks. We offer housecleaning, housekeeping, as well as running personal errands for our clients.

We are looking for individuals that are self-motivated, efficient, effective, friendly, detail oriented, kind, self-aware, and interested in working in cleaning with excellence and serving with heart.

We start our team members out at $15 an hour with the first week being a trial week at $13.50/hr. Cleaners generally work in shifts of 4-8 hours per day depending on clients' needs and cleaner schedule agreement made with management, but more hours are available if sought. After 3 months of work, We give the opportunity for a $1 per hour raise if all is going well. In the first month you most likely would gain 15-25 new clients and work 30-39 hrs a week. If you wish to work more, that can also be arranged however, cleaning can be demanding work, especially physically, so we like to make sure that each cleaner has plenty of time off to replenish so health and a sense of well-being is maintained.

We are looking for shift coverage with 30-39 hrs per week of work:

weekdays from 8-6pm

evenings 5-10pm

weekends 9-5pm

- have professional cleaning experience

- have your own reliable transportation with clean appearance ( Must be able to provide proof of drivers license and car insurance).
