Title: Business Process Architect Location: Milwaukee, WI (Onsite after 1 month)Duration: Long termDescription: - A minimum of 9 years of experience in developing and applying process engineering techniques, preferably in the financial services industry. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.- Proven experience in creating current and future state business process artifacts. - Strong ability to effectively analyze data to identify effectiveness of controls, trends, key performance indicators, and opportunities for improvement.- Knowledgeable in business procedure documentation and development.- Demonstrated ability in engaging stakeholders and building trusting relationships; capability to understand the goals of the business and project teams.- Proven ability to independently organize work, balance multiple priorities, and manage a variety of projects in a high-volume work environment with strong attention to detail. - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and levels in an organization; ability to lead without direct authority.- Adept communicator; providing consistent, concise, relevant, reliable, and timely information to all appropriate stakeholders.- Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and solution development skills.- Must have a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures as they relate to this position.
