Dental Insurance Specialist (Roanoke)

We are seeking an experienced FT Dental Insurance Specialist. You will be working from home and the position requires consistency, focus, attention to detail and a high level of speed and accuracy. You must have an area to work that is free of distraction and have a positive attendance record. You must have internet service (no satellite internet) that has at least 10 megs upload speed. Passing a background check is required as well as having 3 positive professional references and 3 positive personal references. Ideal candidates are those with at least 5 years of dental front office experience including insurance verification, claim submission/resolution/appeals/outstanding insurance report and posting EOBs for a participating provider. NEA, Dentrix and Open Dental experience strongly preferred. The pay range for this position is an average of $17 to $19 per hour, based upon experience and skill level.
