Dynamic Decks - Construction Laborer

Dynamic Decks is a custom deck building company. We are looking for someone with construction experience that wants to be a part of our team! Experience in finish carpentry or framing would be beneficial, however not required. Simply put, we need someone with a willingness to learn and the ability to be taught. We are willing to train anyone who plans to be a part of our company's family, and grow as the business grows.

Job tasks:

- Deck framing

- Decking

- Stair framing and decking

- Installing railing

- Driving a truck and trailer

- Hauling material

- Communicate with the project manager

What we do is not rocket science, but it is fun and does require an eye for detail. As mentioned before, we are more than happy to train you. Give us a call and we can discuss the job details more in depth.

Pay is negotiable based on experience. The opportunity for growth is endless. Even without construction experience we can train you and work you up to running your own crew in a salaried position.
