The general purpose of this position is to ensure that our office building is represented by the highest professional standards in all interaction (personal, telephone, and written communication) with our guests, tenants, clients and staff. In addition, this position will provide administrative and secretarial support to anyone in the building requiring assistance.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, multi-tasker with a good work ethic. You must possess a great mixture of professionalism, yet be personable for our extremely busy building full of professionals. Great communication skills and excellent memory are a requirement.

Offices skills required are moderate to excellent computer skills in all Microsoft software, and you must be a logistics person, able to handle multi-tasking, multiple phone lines, and multiple calendars, all the while helping guests and tenants who enter the building.

Though you will get training, we are asking that you come with a foundation of customer service experience (1 year), as well as one year of experience in an office setting.

This is a part-time - 20 hours per week position, with ability to flex up as needed. Schedule is Wednesday 1:00-5:00pm, Thursday & Friday from 7:45am - 5:00pm, and some other hours as needed.

Starting wage - $13.50/hr.
