We seek dedicated, friendly, energetic people who enjoy interacting with guests from all over the world to join our team.
Job Title: Guest Services – Front Desk
Front Desk Duties: Guest Satisfaction, greeting guests and walking them to their rooms, answering the phone, scheduling tours, preparing guests for activities, and providing information about the area.
Job Requirements: Experience with customer service, professional demeanor, computer skills with Microsoft Word and Excel, time management skills, organizational skills, and resourceful. High school diploma or GED preferred, as well as proficiency with a foreign language. Ability to lift, rotate and place 50lbs. Ability to negotiate uneven terrain in low light.
Starting Pay: $14/ hr
