Activities Tour Guide (Fairbanks)

Job Title: Guest Services - Experiences

Experiences Guide Duties: Providing our guests an experience of Alaskan Fall, Winter, and Spring. Taking guests on ATV, Fishing, Ice Fishing, photo treks, snowmachine tours or snowshoeing tours, briefing guests on safety information for snowmachines, providing guests with information about Alaska and answering questions, performing maintenance on snowmachines, trails, ice rinks, firepits, while keeping guests entertained for the duration of their stay. Any and All duties as assigned. Able to lift, rotate, and place 50lbs. Negotiate uneven outdoor terrain in low light in subzero temperature.

Job Requirements: Demonstrated experience riding snowmachines, fishing, floating rivers, riding ATV’s. Ability to lift snowmachine if it gets stuck. Must be highly personable and willing to provide great customer service. High school diploma or GED preferred, as well as proficiency with a foreign language. CPR and Wilderness First Aid certified.

Starting Pay: $17/ hr
