Customer Service Agent (Calls/Chat)

Job Description

We are seeking energetic and reliable professionals to join our team as Call Center Representatives to service our client which is one of the world's largest retailer of diamond jewelry. The position will require:

Handling inbound/outbound calls and chatRespond to “Where is my order?” calls and chatAssisting customers with product questionsPlacing new orders/volume ordersHandling existing orders: returns/replacementsProvide store specific supportTracking shipmentsGift Card/Loyalty Card supportDis-positioning all calls and chatsDeliver first call resolution with white glove service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be available to work some holidays and weekends
• Ability to interact with customers utilizing strong written and verbal communication skills as well as deep customer empathy.
• Excellent probing and listening skills
• Proficient typing skills to handle multiple chats at a time, quickly andefficiently with high quality
• Agents that deliver white glove customer service on every customerinteraction
• Demonstration of impeccable attention to detail and focus
• Demonstrated capabilities on programs requiring navigation of multiple
• systems during a call to gather information and assist the customer

Home Office Equipment

• A desktop/tower computer with a dual monitors arerequired.
• Dual-core 2.8 GHz or better or Intel i class or AMD Phenom X2 class or better
• 20 GB or more of available space and 60 GB or more of total space
• 4 GB of RAM or better
• Windows 10 operating system
• Hard-wired connection (no wireless) with Minimum 10 mbps download / Minimum 3 mbps upload
• Maximum Latency Threshold 120 milliseconds (ms)
• 1280 x 1024 (SXGA) screen resolution 1920 x 1080 (Full HD or 1080p)
• USB headset with microphone
• Hard-wired landline telephone and headset
• Hard-wired broadband Internet service via DSL,Cable, or Fiber Optic connection
