Job Description

Core Job Responsibilities and Performance Expectations:

  • Create emails; including writing and HTML design within marketing automation platform
  • Assist in execution of marketing automation campaigns including email programs, updating/creation of email templates, sending list emails, etc.
  • Create website landing pages in support of email programs
  • Measure and report on email performance metrics including:

    • Delivery/bounce rate
    • Open rate
    • Click thru rate
    • A/B test performance

  • Identify and escalate opportunities for optimization, supporting content and takeaways from email programs

Miscellaneous Job Responsibilities and Performance Expectations:

  • Occasionally write blog and other content to support email nurture programs as well as email-specific thought leadership topics
  • Support the Marketing team's campaign planning and brainstorming
  • Contribute positively to the overall company and team culture

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1-2 years in similar role or relevant experience
  • Proven copywriting skills, specifically email writing
  • Experience with email and landing page content creation and optimization using a marketing automation platform, Pardot preferred
  • Curious and eager to learn new skills, both through formal training as well as hands-on, self-guided learning
  • Strong attention to detail
  • HTML skills a plus
  • Previous B2B experience preferred
