Contracts and Account Setup Specialist within our Toxicology business unit

located in Kansas City, MO. This role will report to our Senior Manager Pricing

and Contracts and will support the eScreen contracting function by

preparing standard customer or vendor agreements and amendments from templates,

helping administer contracts through the process from contract creation to

storage of electronic and/or hardcopy, including obtaining internal signatures

and distributing executed agreements to various departments. This position

maintains appropriate databases, prepares reports, performs fact-gathering

research, and creates contracts for both national account customers and clinic

network partners. The Specialist also works with Implementation Project

Managers, Clinic Team, Accounting and outside clinic partners. This position

fulfills site matches, establishes new panels, creates/configures new clinic

accounts, and updates existing clinic accounts.Abbott Rapid Diagnostics

and management of diseases and other conditions.RESPONSIBILITIES:

Intake, processing,and resolution of contract requests from the Company’s clinic and nationalaccount sales teams

Recordkeepingwithin the Company’s contract management system, identify needs forexecutive, finance, and legal reviews when required

Final documentationpreparation for execution by the Company’s Signatory

Help maintain andmanage the Company’s contract renewal process including identification,planning, and contract preparation for renewals

Work closely withthe Project Managers to construct and configure clinic accounts asrequired

Address clinicsetup needs as they occur; demonstrate strong sense of customer service

Work withcounterparts across the business/organization to service existing clinicsincluding updating account settings, report and billing exceptions

Performs otherduties as assigned by the Sr. Manager, Contracts and Pricing

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

1-2years of professional experience or an equivalent combination of educationand experience

Strong organizational skills includingattention to detail and multi-tasking skills

Experience with corporate culture alongwith an excellent customer service mentality

Excellent verbal and written communicationskills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Four-yeardegree from accredited college or university preferred but not required

An analyticalthinker who is detail-oriented and excellent at researching issues

Exceptional timemanagement and analytical skills and ability to self-motivate

Experience withSalesLogix, HotDocs, and Docusign

Advanced MicrosoftExcel knowledge

Familiarity withDrug Screening panel configurations
