Position overview:

Hi I’m Júlia and I am starting Julia’s food, a health coaching company new to the English speaking market. The company is branching out from the Icelandic Company Lifdutilfulls (lifdutilfulls.is) after 8 years of helping women in Iceland. We are passionate about helping others create a healthy lifestyle.

We offer online courses that help women increase their energy, reduce sugar cravings and lose weight in a healthy and sustainable way.

We are looking for a stellar VA ready to be with us long-term as the CEO´s right hand side kick to support with various projects and customer success.

others, but you also get things done.

-Are you the one that friends go to for help and can always count on, when their shortcut didn’t work?

-Do you love watching from the back of the stage, juggling many projects at the same time, knowing that the show was able to go on because of all your behind-the-scenes work?

This is a part-time position starting at 15-20 hours a week but as your work is evaluated the position can quickly go to full time.

This is a remote, work-from-home position. You may be required to work on GMT office hours due to the time zone differences as the head office in Iceland operates from 9am-5pm GMT but we are flexible and many projects can be done after those working hours. You are required to work some evenings or weekends.

Software we use:

Active campaign/Infusionsoft (keap)

Wordpress (for website hosting)

Leadpages/clickfunnel/instapage

Facebook/Instagram

Slack for communication

Asana/monday.com (for project management)

You will get training on these softwares.

Your responsibilities will include:

Customer support

Manage the day-to-day activities.

Be the keeper of projects and create tasks for yourself and others in our project management software.

Send emails from our email-software provider (active campaign)

Help manage what’s on the CEO’s plate so she can stay focused on weekly goals and long-term mission.

Manage team members and be responsible for getting status updates and making sure it is on pace, and shift priorities if needed.

Edit copy (grammar, misspells and perhaps some light copy-creation)

Review and test different working increments before they go live (i.e test an optin page)

Ensure work being delivered by the team is on brand and of appropriate quality.

Create tasks in our project management software and make sure they are completed on time, be it by you, the CEO or other team member.

Be the keeper of all Standard Operating Procedures and oversee process Creation. (ex. Making sure the team follows the SOP and new ones that need to be created)

Manage the organization of all important documents and PDFs.

Other items and tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Detail oriented

Mature, stable and no drama - even when things go wrong (can handle direct and blunt feedback in order to grow)

Highly organized, efficient, responsive and reliable. Gets things done.

Ability to break down goals into individual milestones and achieve them.

Protector of the CEOs time. Ability to be the buffer zone between the CEO and

outside world.

You have a quiet home work environment, with:

o A computer

o Cell phone

o High-speed internet

Is resourceful and can handle stress and tight deadlines

Works very well with other people and can build rapport quickly with both team members and vendors.

Has great attention to detail and brand quality.

Is not locked into just working 9-5 but embraces a “until it gets done” attitude.

Is a FAST implementer

Is efficient and can’t stand wasting time

Takes ownership and pride in their work.

Is not afraid of new challenges.

Is detail-oriented

Can make tough decisions when needed and doesn’t need to be led

Can juggle lots of moving pieces while staying collected.
