1.) Front Desk Agent

Must be reliable, detail orientated, with a positive attitude. Must be available to work weekends and flexible. Night Audit/Front Desk Agent should be able to assure highest possible level of visitor and guest satisfaction by providing superior customer service. Responsible for checking guests into and out of the hotel as well as answering phone calls and customer inquiries.

Duties Include:

Checks guests into and out of the hotel in an accurate, speedy, and courteous manner. Efficiently handles all payments received whether they are cash, credit card, checks, or traveler’s checks. Balances/verifies all monetary transactions in the appropriate accounts. Ensures that all hotel keys are distributed to the appropriate parties and that guest privacy is maintained. Responsible for maintaining all documentation regarding room registration, changes, charges, credit card transactions, customer service and maintenance issues.

Offers guests assistance whenever possible. Responsible for resolving escalated customer relations issues. Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel policies and services. Must respond to and follow-up on all guest requests to ensure customers are satisfied with the hotel’s services and accommodations. Responsible for positively representing and promoting the property. Ensures systems and procedures are in place and followed for guest safety and security.

2.) Housekeepers

Must be reliable, detail orientated, with a positive attitude. Must be available to work weekends and flexible. Shift for housekeeping begins at 9:30am and goes until you are finished for the day which varies day to day.

Duties include:

Change and replace all bed linens and towels.

Sanitize and clean all restrooms.

Dust/wipe down all room surfaces including but not limited to windows, pictures, mirrors, electronics, appliances, and furniture.

Vacuum/mop all floors.

Restock all room amenities.

Assure all rooms are set up to company standards.

Cleans and maintains personal workstation by properly stocking it with sheets, towels, amenities, etc.

3.) Maintenance

The Maintenance Technician performs a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in order to

keep the hotel in compliance with the company and government’s standards for

functionality, cleanliness, safety, and security

 Must have working knowledge of plumbing, painting, HVAC, electrical, and other general repair

skills.

 Ability to efficiently work under time constraints.

 Possesses good organizational and prioritization skills.

 Able to work independently and with others.

 Superior customer service and communication skills

 Must be able to push, pull, lift and carry 50+ pounds.

 Frequently walks, bends, climbs, kneels, and extends reach to complete assigned tasks.

 Possesses the physical ability to perform all of the above mentioned duties within a defined

period of time.

 Ability to work independently.

 May be required to travel.
