HR Generalist

Dungarvin Oklahoma has an opportunity for a full time HR Generalist. We are growing and looking for someone who has the potential to grow with us! The generalist position has one direct report and has responsibilities for all areas of human resources including recruitment, onboarding, personnel records, payroll changes, employee relations assistance, and administration of benefits, workers’ compensation, and unemployment. This position requires a high level of professionalism and interpersonal skills with knowledge of employment related laws to achieve positive outcomes and assist operations with compliance in areas of policies and procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum qualifications include:

A bachelor’s degree in a related field and three years of general human resources experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong computer skills including preferred experience with HRIS systems, Word, Excel, Outlook and Therap.

A valid current driver’s license.
