This work will be performed on-client site and requires an active Secret clearance at time of application.less than/p>less thanp>iless than/p>less thanp>less thanstrong>Responsibilities Include:less than/strong>less than/p>less thanul>less thanli>Provide GIS support under the Directorate of Public Works:less than/li>less thanli>Produce maps, reports, and spatial data for a variety of Garrison and Test customers.less than/li>less thanli>Update and maintain ESRI enterprise geodatabases.less than/li>less thanli>Create and maintain metadata for enterprise feature classes.less than/li>less thanli>Collect and process GPS data from Garmin and/or Trimble devices.less than/li>less thanli>Enter and correct data with the enterprise geodatabases from aerial photography, spreadsheets, legal descriptions and other information sources.less than/li>less thanli>Develop and maintain ArcGIS for Server web applications and Portal for ArcGIS.less than/li>less thanli>Provide GIS and GPS help/support for customers including interfacing GPS and GIS.less than/li>less thanli>Provide GIS support to the Emergency Operations Center EOC during exercises and emergencies.less than/li>less thanli>Attend meetings and conferences as required.less than/li>less than/ul>less thanp>iless than/p>less thanp>less thanstrong>Desired Qualifications:less than/strong>less than/p>less thanul>less thanli>3 years or more experience using the ArcGIS product suite (10.x) on a daily basis.less than/li>less thanli>5 years of experience in Geography or related field.less than/li>less thanli>B.A., B.S. OR M.S. in Geography or related field. M.S. can supplement years of experience.less than/li>less thanli>Knowledge of Spatial Data Standards for Facilities, Infrastructure, and Environment (SDSFIE) a plus.less than/li>less thanli>Knowledge of ArcPro a plus.less than/li>less thanli>Experience with Trimble and Garmin GPS hardware/software.less than/li>less thanli>Experience administering and maintaining an ArcSDE multi-user database.less than/li>less thanli>Ability to work well in a fast paced, customer oriented environment.less than/li>less thanli>Ability to manage time effectively across multiple concurrent projects.less than/li>less thanli>Must have excellent oral, written, and analytical communication skills.less than/li>less thanli>Experience with data modeling principles, data driven pages, application design and basic knowledge of Python a plus.less than/li>less thanli>Thorough working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office as well as working knowledge of office practices and proceduresless than/li>less thanli>Must be able to obtain a SECRET clearance for access to classified areas.
