Proven experience in detailed estimating for all phases of RPAS development on complex multi-million dollar programmes
Experience of gathering requirements and interpreting functional needs

Excellent RPAS configuration skills (v16.x) both en premise and preferably cloud gained on multiple implementations

Awareness of mainframe technologies including Cobol, CICS, DB2, IMS DB/DC systems along with legacy .NET applications and Data
Expert Excel and Macro skills
Strong working knowledge in enterprise databases (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2)
Strong working knowledge of one or more operating systems (AIX, Windows, Linux)
Knowledge of one or more of Java, C#.NET, JavaScript, HTML, SQL
Expert knowledge of Jira & Confluence
Experience with test management tools -Team Foundation Server, HP Quality Centre
