Growing ecommerce company in Edison NJ is looking for a high energy, result focused customer service specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide fast, courteous responses to clients emails and phone calls
Daily monitoring of clients open order report
Monitor Customer Feedback and ensure customer satifaction
Requirements:
1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in an ecommerce environment
Exceptional verbal and written skills
Strong problem solving resolution
Highly organized with great attention to detail and follow thru skills
Able to prioritize responsibilities and multitask throughout the day
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
Prior experience routing retail shipments preferred
Must be able to start immediatelypart time position (3-4 hours per day and flexible hours)
