Property Manager Assistant (Albany)

We are seeking an assistant to our facility maintenance managers for our commercial and residential apartment communities in the Albany area.

Requirements include knowledge of:

commercial offices and apartment communities.

building and grounds rehabilitation and mechanical equipment systems

Computer literacy….Word, Excel, etc.

Cost control, maintenance costs and negotiation skill

Read and interpreting plans and specifications

Purchasing, inventory, project management and scheduling

Light construction

Customer service skills

Candidate must be dependable and possess solid work history and references. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. A good sense of humor is a necessity.
